Welcome everyone to the place I will be sharing my routines and eating tips and tricks for getting lean and fit!  I am currently on this journey and have dreams and goals for myself!  Here I will share some workout routines, how I split up my workouts through the week, home workout ideas, meal prepping and the importance of planning!  My husband and I have meal prepped our meals for years now and this is how we find we best stay focused on eating right (with some flex room of course... because pizza).  I will post healthy recipes for you and for your kiddos, my ideas for great meal prepped meals that you wont get sick of and much more! Lets get fit, fam!
